    Diversion manager comes supplied with a FAQ, live chat, help desk support, and a designated account manager at no additional cost. At time of implementation you will also be supplied with a user guide for the platform.
  • When can I get support?
    Our support team is available 8 AM - 8 PM Eastern daylight time, Monday through Friday. If you need assistance after hours, you can fill out a support ticket at any time. For account related support, email your designated account manager.
  • How secure is my data on the Diversion Manager platform?
    Diversion Manager is PCI-DSS and GDPR compliant.
  • How do you handle data backups and recovery?
    Backups for SQL and VM are done daily. SQL Logs are done hourly.
  • Who has access to information on the platform?
    Access to information on the platform is restricted to your agency and our team, ensuring security and compliance.
